Water exercise classes are held in chest deep water.  All ages and ability levels are welcome.  Stretch, cardio and resistance are components of all classes.  Classes can be held on overcast days or even days with a little rain.  Cancelled if thunder or lightning or if the temperature is deemed too cold.  Water shoes are recommended but not required.  Classes will start at 5minutes past the hour and last approximately 50 minutes.

Thursday June 6  5pm

Tuesday June 11   5pm

Thursday June 13  5pm

Full time classes start on June 17th and run through Labor Day.

M/W/F    Noon to 1pm  

T/Th     5pm-6pm 

Cost is whatever you normally would pay for entrance fee or is included in your season pass.
